save nrgIf we are to consistently to out perform ourselves, that is to accomplish beyond our expectations, we need to conserve our resources and energy. You can’t accomplish much if you are “too pooped to pop.”

EdisonThomas Edison had what seemed like an endless source of energy, working day and night year in and year out. But Edison had a  trick. It was called the short nap. He rested before he was at complete exhaustion.

But he accomplished much by using the resources the Good Lord had given him. He died in Tahiti in French Polynesia, hoping to improve his health there. He died in 1854 at the age of 44.
